Today, he contacts me while in class and suggests we play a game so he can learn English better. The file he gives me once run on my computer was in fact a Trojan (Trojan:Win32/Delfsnif.DU) with the file name Space station 13 aminus.exe. Now checking his SteamRep profile I see that he has 7 scammers on his friends list and some of them are hijacker alts and the like. I might be over-reacting, but I am not taking any chances with this.
Looking more thoroughly through this guy's history, I see that he's been banned from TF2OP, has been banned for 30 days from TF2TP, and was on Valve Probation. I also see that he has gone by the name KA3MAP
Even more, he was actually banned by valve from trading in February: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198043634792?t=1330280817
