Description: A (short) description of where/how you encountered the person, and the deal, the attempted scam, and the outcome. The pics should tell the full story. I came across Bubbz when he offered on my Max head. He was paying low, and he said he would give me a bud when he got the chance [unfortunately, I did not think to keep a record of that]. When I suggested he pay me at least a few hats or miscs, he decided to pretend that he needed to restart his computer, and proceeded to remove and block me. Though I have no pictures of him saying he owed me, by lying to me and removing and blocking me he demonstrated mens rea, Latin for "guilty mind." In many cases, mens rea is enough to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. I do not want this scammer to proceed scamming.
