First off, I am appealing here since I have no where else to appeal the TF2OP scammer tag as all the TF2OP admins seems to be ignoring me. I dont know what the UTC scammer tag is for as I never even go there.

Since I got into trading unusuals in around September, I have traded quite heavily. My steam inventory history currently shows over 1500 trades done so far, many involving unusuals. In January I was marked a SOP scammer for selling a copy of Skyrim to Miller who was marked for trading with scammers as well. I appealed it down to a caution in February and came back to trading in mid April. Around a week after i came back, I ended up buying hijacked hats from an alt of scammer. At the time they were not marked on steamrep but they also had like 1 hour of play time. That is when i got my TF2OP caution tag. Since then I have tried my best to be careful. On outpost, I even wrote for people not to offer on my promos unless they had at least 100 hours and their account was a year old. I really have checked since then to make sure I wasn't buying scammed hats or hijacks. However, around a week ago, I was doing regular trading in the tf2trader server and traded a guy named Redskipper. Most of the people in the tf2trader server are regulars such as me and although not a regular, I had seen that redskipper guy in there before, so i suspected nothing. In many of the screenshots on his profile, it even shows that they were taken in the server. So after seeing him advertising a hearts phantom, I offer him a vintage bill and a bud for it. He asks for some sweets so I add 2 keys. I go in trade with him and the trade is over in a minute. No I did not check his steamrep at the time as I had no idea he was a chargeback scammer as it says on steamrep. The price I paid was a fair price in promos for a hearts phantom and no where near scammer quickunload prices. I go about my trading business for the rest of the week and then Jailbait adds me today questioning where I got the hearts phantom. I search through my inventory history and tell her who i bought it from and what I paid. She then tells me that redskipper is a scammer and I confirm it after checking steamrep. I told her I had no idea and that simply based on the number of trades I do everyday and how many random people add me, I just don't find it practical to check everyone's steamrep everytime I trade something. I know lazyness is not an excuse to trade with scammers but that truly is why I ended up trading the redskipper guy, simply didint come across my mind that he was a scammer.

I have 8 pages of sourceop rep for cash trades totaling thousands of dollars with no problem and over 130 profile comments that give me positive rep. I have crabbed loads of keys and a couple unusuals and have never run or not payed up. I have no alt accounts and my profile has never been private. Whenever I'm in a server and someone asks how much something is worth, I can give them a pretty accurate pricecheck since I trade so much.

From now on, I will be sure to check EVERYONE's steamrep even if I'm just selling normal hats or a couple keys to someone. I never have and never will condone scamming people, buying hijacks, charging back, or any of that type of stuff. Please remove the scammer tags as I am not a scammer and never have traded with scammers on purpose. I try my best to be careful but I can try even harder. Thanks for reading.

also, i was just banned from tf2trader a few hours after i got marked as a scammer, I highly doubt redskipper was marked a scammer since 4/12 as i traded him on 5/9 in the server, almost a month after his tag

Appeal was already accepted involving your SOP SCAMMER tag which resulted in a downgrade to CAUTION. Before this can be considered for further downgrade you need to address your other SCAMMER tags. This is not the place. Invalid.

The TF2OP admins should not be ignoring you, as a prerequisite for affiliation with SR and the acquisition of recognised tags involves a certain transparency and accessibility in the community's appeal process. I would endeavour to try again. If you cannot contact them, please add a SR admin and we will ensure that this is rectified (this is the last resort). In regards to UTC the appeal link is here: http://www.unusualtradingcommunity.com/viewforum.php?f=6. If you don't know why you have it than an appeal may shed some light as to why.

That said, I will simply make the comment that the history in which you have engaged with shady and scammer accounts is staggering, even where at one point you had 24 scammer friends. There is a line where it is 'by accident' and when there is an obvious behaviour. I definitely take your comments in your appeal with a big grain of salt.

I have 'ignored' nobody, the last message I have had from Homey was this:

02:43 - homeyhomedawg: why am i listed as a utc scammer?

That was in the AM. I was asleep. I have left an internal message asking the other staff to direct Homey to his UTC appeal (which Homey has ignored so far) because I was working with Chaos on the case.
