Hello, can you provide a screenshot of your paypal history showing you didn't receive the payment?
Also your trading history and chat agreement.

Here is the trade history screenshot, i am unable to provide paypal, as he claimed he would pay the money into my steam wallet, and i am also unable to provide the trade chat as he has blocked me on steam.

Unfortunately that is vital and I can not move forward this report.
