    I was a scammer. The evidence is valid and it was me. I understand what I did was wrong. Now I trade on steam market and I would like to trade between market AND outpost AND in servers that banned me for my reputation. Im asking for maybe a caution title so that I can trade on outpost for items while warning people NOT to trade with me via paypal. I keeps me up at night knowing I can't reach my true trading potential. My journey to capture all the weapons will be easier with your help (maybe). Thanks for your time.

    After a review of the report/taking into account the appeal, I am unable to consider this appeal.
    -Type of offense is too severe to consider any appeal for. Level of planning/premeditation gave you ample opportunity to think it over and decide NOT to go threw with it.
