Description: I sold this guy keys a couple of time, not just once, but nearly 4 different times. One morning after waking up, I notice I got charged back twice from the same guy, He has no idea what was happening and he thinks it was his mother who called the charged back. I told him either give me back the keys or the money and I will cancel it.. No word from him since then. The picture of the chat was sent to Paypal as well.

No he has not, I still have him as friends.

I do not think it would be able to be solved.
From what he told me, His mother will no longer allow him to use the card, Therefor unable to pay by cash and He has been trade ban by valve making him unable to give me back keys.

Then an SR admin will review this in a while.
