Offered me $120 Paypal for my Blizzard Fuuka + Balloonicorn, I traded first, then he stalled. After about 20 minutes, he ignored me on steam and now here we are.

Description: As mentioned in the OP, he added me on Steam after I had bumped my thread on TF2outpost, offering me $120 Paypal. He said that he would be willing to go first, as long as my steam rep was higher. I checked his page, and all comments and everything were great, his rep was very high. I traded first, and gave him the information needed for the Paypal transaction. He logged off, then logged back in saying his laptop overheated. About 10 minutes later, he ignored me on Steam, never having sent the money, keeping my Unusual and Balloonicorn.
