Description: Another day, another phishing link scammer. I usually just ignore these people, but I gave this guy the run-around because why not. From what I can tell, this is a freshly phished account which has been turned for use in various malicious activities. Going by backpack.tf's history (http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198044414003), the backpack definitely exhibits that whole "everything of value has been traded elsewhere" logarithmic curve. Hopefully the original owner of the account won't have to wait too long to be restored, but until then, this account should be flagged.
