So basically the victim unboxed something rare and was sharked out of it right? If so, then you'll have to report it to MannCo Trading because Steamrep currently does not handle sharking reports.

As mentioned by Sari, this is a shark report wich we currently do not handle but communities such as MCT and Harpoon Gaming do.

Please remake your report there, make sure the victim provides you with trade history showing the trade he made.
