This user offered to games from steam for team fortress items or keys..

I offered him keys for a couple of serious sam games, we settled on 2 keys 1 ref. He never returned with the games. It has now been 3 days with no reply for the user.

Just to make you aware, that after being told he had been reported, and around 3 weeks later, the guy gave me back the keys.

I dont think that changes the fact that he did indeed scam me, and I think he still deserves the bad rep so that other people can be informed.
