Description:
This guy tried to scam my weapons with a team spirit Bill's hat.
I knew that he was over-paying a lot so I confirmed with him twice to make sure that he knows this fact.
When I kept pulling my items to the trading box,he pulled off his Bill's hat and try to trade with me with nothing.
Then I said hey and asked him why.He just cancel the trade and remove me from his friend list.

You might need some evidance of the trade window, but other then that, the guy seems a little sketchy
