This is a picture of a person who scammed me a few months back, you may remember I had a report that was in "Improper Format." I just want to say, this photo doesn't show that he scammed me, but it gives small proof. HE scammed me out of a Strange Festive Stickybomb Launcher, AND a Strange Degreaser. Thank you for your time, and I am sorry if this was just a waste for you

He recently changed his name, if it's important, I'll re-post his steamrep profile.

It was rejected for an invalid format, yes. I will get a second opinion. I feel he is more of a shark than a scammer. However, it was pointed out to me that he has had the name "Valva Employee" in his name history. Forwarding for review.
