I met ItzCarlos! in an unusual trade server and he said he was selling a sunbeams whoopie cap. I was interested in buying it so I added him on steam. We were talking about it and when I asked him if it was duped he told me he was the second owner and its completely clean. I checked the trade history on the hat and saw that the previous owner had no valuable items in his bp. This was suspicious so I asked what he bought it for. He told me he got it for the robot running man (scout hat robot hat). Clearly, this was an extremely unfair trade and the victim deserves his hat back and the knowledge that he was sharked.

Correct me if I wrong but I don't think SteamRep handles sharking. Besides he could be lying.

look I am very new to reporting scammers and stuff but someone told me to report him on SteamRep so I did exactly that. If you have any recommendation for a better site I would appreciate any help.

Please keep in mind that SteamRep does not handle sharking reports at this time.
In the case you would like to report someone for the sharking you can go any of the associate communities which handle those cases for SteamRep.
