Accusations: Impersonation

Greetings fellow steam members. Just about last year I began playing the game "Team Fortress 2". I was really involved in the trading community on multiple servers (Neonheights, Skial, SxG, Lotus Clan, etc.). I believe I was on a Neonheights server when I was accused of said illegality (impersonation of admin: Rainbowdash). On the steam rules and terms there is no rule which says it is not allowed to take another user's name. A user does not own any part of a name therefore it is allowed for anybody in Team Fortress 2 to have the same name/copy the name of another user. Steam Rep's policy and rules enforce this by saying that a user shouldn't be marked for changing a name to another user (even an admin). Although it could be appropriate for me to be kicked from the server for this, there should never be any escalation of punishment to being banned or reported.

I believe that all accusations for me should be lifted as soon as possible and return back to normal. Thank you very much for your consideration in my appeal.

If in any case I did break any major steam rules or terms, I deeply apologize for my misdoings. I can understand how this sort of thing can cause a negative impact on the steam community and other fellow traders like myself. I just want to say I am sorry for everything that I did. Even if my accusation doesn't deserve a ban, I'm still sorry. I now regret my actions and think I have fully paid the price. You will never see my doing this again. I thank you all once again. Sorry that I had to add a 3rd comment but I keep on leaving out some of the details. I just wanted to say that because of the ban I have been banned from tf2outpost and tf2warehouse. I really depend on those websites for my trades and since I'm banned I just have no luck. I really want to get this scammer and banned tag off of me. I just want to get back to fun trading. Update me as soon as possible guys.
