Description:

The past couple of days we were working out a deal for his blizzard anger. This morning he told me he sold his anger for $170 on PayPal. Then he said he said he was still interested in my unusual (Steaming Veil). At that point he offered me $135. He had some rep on his profile, and I guess he convinced me to go first. He said he would send the payment as a gift and a note saying I will not retract. As soon as I traded him, he said the payment had been sent. I checked PayPal and no payment had been sent. It has been at least 7 hours since this has happened.

I also noticed on his outpost profile he posted a trade saying he got scammed of the blizzard anger for $170. ​
