Helen, below follow a report from Gamers UN Scammer thread in our Admin section, reported by a fellow Admin. I am not sure if you action such attempts where an individual clearly misrepresents value.

He randomly traded me and asked for my bills hat with a very very low offer. Gave him a chance as I thought he might be a new player that doesn't know what's worth what. Check out how he tries to be deceptive even claiming that it was his birthday.

I suspect this account is an alternate. Maybe check and see if the IP address matches with another player.​

Normally without any proof, and given no trade occurred, we would not touch this.

In this case, it is clear that the individual is actively misrepresenting value of his items for the bills which is worth at least 8 keyes vs his offer of under 1 ref.

It is up to L2 Admins, however this individual is clearly trying to scam by using lie and deceit, and I do not want such a trader to target our kids on trade. I recommend upgrading ban.

Also I will forward this to Steamrep.​

Clearly deceptive trading here. The guy is lying the entire time about his items. Thank you for the report.
