So this guy adds me, selling his buds for 25 keys and he quickswitches them to a gifted pair right after I started adding my keys...

Do you have screenshots of the chat where he claims to trade you non-gifted buds?

Hello, unfortunately you accidently hide the chat part of the trade screen showing that he quickswitched, thus it's not possible check if such action happened.

Plus you didn't provide a chat to prove what you've been agreed on.
