Him and I had traded before, although I never knew he was a scammer. after selling him a crate 50 for 3 bill's, I told him I had made profit after buying the crate for around 20 keys in items as a "quicksell" at this point he came clean and admitted to scamming all three bill's hats

also, further evidence is his bp.tf profile history, as you'll notice his bp seems to randomly jump from having little, to then having a max's all of a sudden, as well as having nothing, then suddenly getting a white bill's, with no other item changes http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198045807295
