I got Hacked a While ago and the person Phished people through my account. it was either the hacker that phished or it was me because my friend showed me a link where if you shared it you would receive a game free on steam. i do not have the links, i apologize and i wouldn't be able to provide the links anyway. sorry.

They want all of it. If you cant take a picture of the whole support ticket, Take mutliple pictures. Example: I took 2 pictures of mine, So the Admins Could see ALL of it.

Something I just found out is that you need to use the "Upload a File" Button to upload pictures for the admins. So upload the 4 pictures form imgur using the "upload file" button.
