So, the story. He came to me, asking for the items I am selling on the Source OP forums and asked for my reputation. I gave it, and we both agreed it was scarce. when we were done figuring out the total cost, he said he sent the money, and then left. The items were a Bill's hat, B.M.O.C, Team spirit paint and 5 refined metal. He still hasn't sent the money. That's a basic summery. Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear from you soon.
