Invalid 76561198046140165 (SR Scammer)

I've never had to do anything like this so if i could get some assistance that would be greatly apprechiated. I've read up on other peoples posts and theres something about a Steam Ticket i need to do? I lost my account a day after going to this website that is listed in this post: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/be-careful-of-souceop-com-links.14358/ the "SOUCE OP" phishing site. I dumbly fell for his tactics and got scammed by him as well. I also filed a report on this guy. "Quasi" and he has many aliases. I have no form of Spyware or virus protection on my computer so it messed it up quite badly. Some weird stuff is going on with it. My girlfriends little brothers account "Dookie Ballz" was also marked as a scammer for what reason i don't know right, it definitely isn't a scammer alt like they think it is. I don't know whats up with the other one. If someone could give me some directions here i'd like to have my account back and get this SR Scammer tag removed. TY
