Story behind the scam (Note that some of it was a bit hard to get as there was a bit of a language barrier as the victim is from China and admits to have not too much knowledge of the english language);

C had borrowed an Unusual from Spy's Counterattack whilst giving him a morgage on the hat and returned it once he had tested it out to see how it looks in combination with several items. This went fine and he got the hat / misc back afterward. This morning however he asked to borrow the victims Buds, Black Bills and Unusual again giving a morgage on it. The accused in question however sold the items directly after receiving them.

Screenshot below shows the victim telling me the story (rest of it was me and him establishing the report so nothing noteworthy other then the exchange of information) and his trade with C (Hope the screenshot being in Chinese isnt too much of a bother).

Victim has contacted Steam Support and is willing to provide more information where it would be needed.

We need a screenshot of the agreement between C and Spy's Counterattack for the "mortgage." Without that, we have nothing to go on.
