Description: I really don't know what happend, first i tried to login into my account and i couldn't,so I had to change the password, then i recieved a message from Steam that someone tried to login from Russia, and when i checked my backpack, my earbuds weren't there anymore. I never talked to this guy and never accepted or send a trade request; he was still on my friend list and when I ask him about all of this he deleted me. I can't understand neither why he only scammed the earbuds and nothing more.

Hello, if your account has been hijacked, please submit a ticket to Steam Support, then screenshot your results (also could you provide a screenshot of the message Steam sent you? Remember to upload them via the Upload a File button near the bottom).

First, thanks for replying. I will contact Steam Support as soon as i can, and no, i didn't took a screenshot of that message from Steam and I don't know if i there is register of that somewhere, but if there is i will. I didn't do it because i got that message BEFORE realising that i got hijacked. By the way, do you know if he/she can use my credit card? Because I'm scared as f✿✿✿, but, i think I got another message from Steam saying that it was disabled for security reasons.
