I got a request to chat which i accepted. What he wrote:

This isn't a kind of Scam. He hasn't scammed you and hasn't even attempted.
You sure this is the right website to post this?

I didn't find a report for phishing things and i guessed thats also kinda scam.
Because he uses the steam logo as avatar and the /me command (which didn't work) I decided to report this.

Yeah, Though this isnt an attempt of a Scam. Might be Archived. He was probably already hacked and was replaced by somewhat of a bot.

phishing is seen as a attempt to hijack, which is intended for:
- gaining the account
- gaining access to the account's items...

therefore its getting a scammer tag... he got some reports around... just ago tagged for another report, adding this to the notes.
