So bassicly what happened was he was on a valve server saying he was raffling an 8 person entry for a pink sergant drills hat, and it was a 1 scrap entry.
When I gave him the scrap he added me and he said someone else enter'd and i could buy the rest of the slots for 2 rec (6 scrap) and i said no thank you
he then removed me.

I don't see definitive proof that a scam took place here. If you have any more screenshots relevant to this action, please post them.
