    Hello, since he is the victim, he will have to comment here to verify that this is all true, as well as provide uncropped screenshots of the his trade history and possibly the chat (and if he could provide a transcript of the chat).

    Since your friend traded for something outside of Steam (in this case Origin) it's nearly impossible to verify if he actually received his games or not.
