    It's because you're trade banned by Valve. You should probably contact Steam Support and ask them why you are trade banned.

    Thx for reply me.I already contacted surport.I was doing normal trade with people from D2T PD and D2L.Then i was sign trade ban. I was trade ban but you tag me scammer is unreasonable.I will ask steam surport for help,and hope rep remove that scammer word on me .I payed all my items that i have,never cheate anyone.It's not fair to tag me scammer cause i was banned trade.

    Contact Valve, we have no control over Valve trade bans. If they remove the ban, the SR tag will be automatically removed.
