This isn't me, however I was approached by this person twice over this year about a a mistake that had happened with my report on a different scammer.​

However the person who was banned, the one I'm writing about was banned by mistake.
He has approached me to write an appeal for him to get his SOP scammer status fixed.

No 3rd party appeals. He will have to appeal himself or contact the admin who originally marked the user to re-review it for any errors.
