Since then, i have returned the money back to him and i think that i should no longer be marked as a scammer.

I chatted the guy who you "refunded" about an hour ago. He said that you never gave him any money back, and that paypal returned his money because he won the dispute.

He said he will be supplying evidence of this later today.

7 day process, paypal sided with me because i provided clear evidence and this daniel jiang boy had no evidence to claim about being "hijacked"
I may not have a lot of rep with paypal, but boy, you didn't know about me. You easily thought you could dispute a 195 charge back on me? nope. If you really were hijacked, Steam support would have locked your account for a period of time to prevent further fraudulent activities. In this case, your steam account is in perfect condition because you lied about being hijacked. Lying about being hijacked? Oh boy, this guy has potential to become the next og. This kid has the right to remain marked under the United States of America because he has potential to scam many others. This guy is guilty.

I know [L.O.S.S] Daniel since he is Australian and I am Gamers UN Admin.

I have never had reason to sanction him in the past, however upon reading this, I am convinced he is being deceitful and I will making sure bans I intend to apply are permanent.
