Description:
He made an offer on my outpost for my bubbling texas ten gallon with his burning mullet. I added him and then we proceeded to chat. I invited him to trade and then he asked me if I could add some weapons or stranges before we continued with the trade. He took this opportunity to switch the mullet as you can see in the trade chat. He refused to give back the unusual even though I said I would report him.

Also to avoid confusion, I should mention that the unusual shown in the my Outpost trade is not the same exact one I
traded with the scammer since I had done an 1:1 with the original owner, who wanted back his unusual because of the
level and had given me the same unusual with the same effect back (except this one wasn't painted). You can
check this in the item history and even confirm with the guy that currently holds the painted unusual shown on
