Description:
This guy added me from a trade on OP or Bazaar or whatever and I saw his profile and those comments. So I decided to randomly add Kilkakon. Later I find out Kilka loaned Dr_Octavius99 150 CE and asked for them back. Dr_Octavius said he didn't play Spiral Knights any more so Kilka told him the equvialant, which was 2 Reclaimed (This is where I thought SR was acceptable for this). Dr. Said allrighty then and Kilka has yet to receive the CE or the Reclaimed. Dr. Removed Kilka recently. When Kilka asked for the 2 Rec back.

Kilka said he doesn't really know how to use SteamREP so I'm doing this report for him.
