Bacunz contacted me as I was attempting to sell a silver botkiller sniper rifle - he offered $20 through paypal. I said I don't take cash, only keys or metal, unless the cash comes first. He then increased his offer to $30. I still said I only take keys or metal. He offered $40 and to send first - I send ok, he starts counting down "3 . . . 2 . . . 1 . . . DONE!" He then followed up with the comment "You shouldn't scam people". I replied "It's impossible to send money through Steam, what are you trying to do" and commented that you need an email address to send paypal to - he then started begging, saying how much he wanted the sniper rifle, at which point I cancelled the trade.
Without a screenshot of the chat, we are unable to do anything, sorry. However, if you manage to provide evidence somehow, let me know.
