LONG STORY W/LINKS:
So what exactly happened was i posted a tf2op (TeamFortress 2 Outpost) link to specify what i wanted to purchase, which was craft hats (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/2351832). And the guy "Freedom" replies, adds me to his friends list, and this is the chat (http://imgur.com/t4wQe,5o0oa) MAKE SURE TO CLICK BOTH FIRST AND SECOND IMAGES. He tries to sell me VINTAGE PYROVISION GOGGLES and he says they are "craft hats" which i could craft with. But as you try here: http://imgur.com/0qagz,Fto6a#0 You cannot craft with them, I know i should make a video but i just don't want to upload >:L

Short story: Guy named Freedom attempts to scam me, by selling me vintage pyrovision goggles for 1.11 ref and saying they are craft hats, leaves the bond between both of us by removing me..

Anyways, NOTE, he is an ATTEMPTED scammer and tries scamming me out of a simple 1.11 ref. Just, be careful because he might try "tricking" you into doing something that is just wrong.

I'll play devil's advocate and say that the individual MIGHT not have known they were not craftable. Most vintage hats are indeed craftable an the user could have thought it was lumped in with that. I'll mark as ready for review and leave it up to an admin to decide.
