So, I've been trying to sell my unusual Blizzardy Storm Berliner's Bucket Helm for some time now, and I found a guy who seemed really nice but that he would only pay around half of what I optimally wanted. Slightly disheartened, I sat around waiting for someone to make or respond to my offers. Out of nowhere, "Shirin" adds me to his friends out of nowhere. He said nothing on TF2Outpost, so I assumed it was for my stranges. I accept, and he asks for my unusual for $50 of paypal money. The fact that he was so unknown should have been suspicious from the start, and I should have checked who the guy really was on SteamRep first, but then again I was getting rather impatient with trying to sell it. I had no paypal account, so I had to go set one up. When I did that, I went first and gave him the unusual. Then I told him my paypal email, and he said that he would give me the 50 dollars he promised me. He went offline after that.
