    hi, gamboa report me (http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198050216355-con-carino.8303/) for scamming.... 5 days later (3 aug.) i gave the hat which is worth exactly what I had stolen, he accept my offer, with conditions on the withdrawal of charges, but he blocked and later removed me and not removed the charges.

    As you only paid back on condition of withdrawal of "charges", and not because you actually realized it was wrong to steal-- we're not going to grant the appeal of this ban, because the communities we work with want to know of people who are willing to betray trust.

    Thankfully you are not still scamming, because (as you know with your previous trade probation), Valve will often trade ban for scamming.
