Hello. I was banned today for a reported "raffle scam". The thread can be found here:http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198050420057.25165/. First of all, this is crap. Sorry for the language, I am just fairly mad for getting unfairly reported. I looked closely at all of the evidence, and it looks convincing, however there is nothing that proves I am a scammer. All that happened is I held a raffle for a loss (building honest rep), Mv (a friend of mine who joined raffle to get people participated) happened to win. People started to scream "SCAMMMER!!!!!!!" so I gave people their money back as the reporter showed. He also said he wouldn't report me (I didn't care if he did because I did nothing wrong). If you were at the server there were people (besides MV) who believed me and supported me. I love TF2 and this is the first thing I have been reported for. I have put hundreds of hours into the game and pray that this unfair ban is overturned. Also. I only ever raffled at that server. I didn't cycle through servers as the accusers said. I don't understand why they would lie like that. It is frustrating. Thank you for reviewing this appeal. I didn't do it and I am very sad I got banned.

I am adding a few details that should help prove my case.

1. My friend was in the raffle. I never denied that, even on the server. There were only 3 people in the raffle. And I got banned because he won. Again, there was a 1 in 3 chance he would. If it were 1 in a few hundred the ban would be justified. But can I really get banned on a 1 in 3 chance?

2. The accuser had a few facts wrong. He said that I held two raffles and MV won both. First off, I never finished the second raffle as people accused me of scamming. I returned everyone's entry fee. (would a scammer do that?) The accuser was not even there for the second raffle

3. This is a smaller fact, but Mvskoke was listed as my alt. He is not. He is my friend. An admin thinking he was my alt would obviously make it clear that I was up to something. But he is my friend, not my alt. I do not have any alternate steam accounts. If you have a possible way to check this fact, do it. You will see I am telling the truth.

As can be seen, my accuser is trying to help me overturn the ban I got because of him. And I do contribute as the chat mentioned. I have an accepted price suggestion on Backpack.tf and have voted numerous times. I have also traded on outpost and have lots of +rep on my profile.
