Description: I would like to start off this description with saying that my name is Coulter (AKA Lodsamone, the victim), Toby is the scammer (AKA Ika musume as of writing this) because our names will be mentioned multiple times through out this thread, I would also like to say my friend's last thread was closed, and it was falsely archived, this is my fault though because i didn't provide all the evidence that i had, and it made the report look like a shark report. But with further research that i did i have found more evidence, But it truly was not in any way a shark report and is in fact a SCAM report. This is why it is a scam report, firstly, Me (Lodsamone) Toby (Ika musume) and my friend, Hullio were all in a Skype call on July 10th at around 9 o'clock, later in this skype call, Toby stated that he wanted to borrow my unusuals. I proceeded with this because i have been friends with him since of last year (check Pictures 1 and 2 listed below), and i have let my other friends borrow said unusuals which are the Cloudy Moon whoopee cap, and the Orbiting Planets Team Captain (check Pictures 3 - 7), we proceeded to trade. Toby (Ika musume) put 2 summer crates up and i put up my Unusuals, keep in mind that the 2 crates were just a placeholder and meant nothing to me. He only put them up as a joke, i am also fully aware of the prices of my unusuals, because of my 2300 hours played, 3 year trading experience, and also my active use of TF2Outpost and Backpack.tf. I then accept the trade for him to borrow my unusuals (check pictures 8 and 9). I'm still talking to Toby and hes thinking out loud saying I could totally just scam these right now, not an actual quote, nor do i have proof of him saying it, but regardless, he then proceeds to delete everyone that is related to me and my friend (Hullio) on Skype and steam, as well as blocking (check picture 10 and 11). Later, my other friend (Not Hullio, he is not in anyway involved with what happened and should not be punished in anyway, if something happens) stated that he was talking to Toby, and screenshotted him ADMITING scamming ME out of my unusuals. (check picture 12)

Wow, that was fast. I see he has already returned the hats. Therefore I am going to archive this report as it appears to have been a dispute between friends. Thanks.

Also, please be more careful with your unusual hats in the future. DO NOT loan them to ANYONE.
