    Apparently the guy had rep 77 on his profile so I trusted him, other than that Im just really upset I lost my favourite hat. I just don't know what to do now, I know I wont be getting the hat back so im extremely upset..

    a) pictures of inventory history showing it in the Steam browser, please do include all history from the day of scam
    b) pictures of PayPal showing that you never received the payment
