What happened:
He was looking for Payday 2 in the Trading Cards group chat and PMd me after I had dropped a completely different game into the chat. After enquiring what he'd like to trade it for, he mentioned that he has Dota 2 items followed by me saying that I do not know much about Dota 2, he offered me something else:
A program that shows someone that he has transfered Webmoney funds in a trade when in fact he hasn't, thus making them believe that it is safe for them to trade him their items. He'd invite his victims to look at his screen via Skype to show them that he had transferred the money.
I started a Skype call so that he could demonstrate it to me via screen share.
Among the highlights was him claiming that he had scammed items worth 70-80 dollars using this method.
The program's executable was called наёбка.exe on his computer.

At 3:30 you can see the exact same email address doing the same kind of scam.

My Russian is not very good. It also possible that the uploader shows how someone else tried to scam him using that program. (Google translate turns the video title into "Wanted to divorce me on <filename>")

Never mind that last comment. The channel is actually full of videos of the kid demonstrating and uploading the software. But that's of course irrelevant to the user I wrote about in the OP!
