Hello, can you provide a screenshot of your paypal history showing you didn't receive the payment and the trade history?

I am glad I saw this, he almost did a deal with me for 70$ for my unusual. I am not making a new report as he did not actually scam me luckily because I was busy at the time.
I am almost 99.99% sure he is a scammer as on his profile, the guy who apparently traded him an unusual for money is on his friends list, and has no items in their inventory.
