i was under the assumption that sharking was allowed after i filed a report for a charge backer and i saw these threads

they were both rejected therefore i thought that this was allowed, i used this program after doing some research (been doing this for about a week and have received ~15keys profit) http://up-to-no-good.appspot.com/
i have not been tagged yet, but whoever that was told me to file my complaint here, to my knowledge, sharking is allowed as per steam rep's rules, if its not then it was my misunderstanding.

for the moment i will stop until i learn what exactly are the rules against sharking, i prefer to not get marked as i also do a bunch of higher level trading

Those people do not represent SteamRep and are not part of SteamRep. In fact, the person who contacted you and represented them self as a part of SR has been marked as a scammer for impersonation. Marking this as invalid as there is nothing to appeal.
