I had my account hijacked while I was in a game of Dota2. I was abruptly disconnected and was prompted to relog into Steam. When I did, this new user "Kang Maru" was mysteriously on my friends list despite not accepting his request. Next thing I found out, my inventory, from rare to unusual were all swapped into his account. I did not commence any trade invites nor did I accept any.

And worst still, he put 15 crates into my account after taking my valuables. My only unusual, Porcine Princess Penelope was traded away.



In case you think I'm lying. Ask yourself, which sane individual would trade their Unusual courier and sets just for crates? Please SR admins, any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, if your account has been hijacked, please submit a ticket to Steam Support, then screenshot your results.

I've already submitted a ticket to them. I will post a screenshot of a reply from the steam staff when i get it.

Please reply to my message when you do get a response from Support so we can process this report further.
