Hello, I'm here to appeal to remove my tag.

I traded with this guy http://forums.steamrep.com/members/tictocclock.2661/ and yes i accept i stole his deus specs ,the only thing i stole and then i retrurned him his deus, is there any way to prove that?

I havent scammed in any other way, is there a way to get a second chance?

Phishing in anyway with PROOF is amazingly bad, also lying about how many people you scammed/tried to phish, is never going to help.

Profile has reverted to Private with an open appeal process.

Will make a summary judgment soon.

With the appellant setting his profile to private whilst still with an open appeal, this has placed him at a disadvantage. Though profile was public at the time, and regardless of the period of time that has elapsed, this should not change. The rationale behind keeping a public profile during an appeal allows us to know that appellants having absolutely nothing to hide or conceal. Friends only/private are seen in the same light.

With that procedural aspect aside, lets look at the substantive side of the appeal. Regardless of whether you have restored the individual's deus specs, this is one of the more troubling phishing scam attempts. Highly deliberate, attention to detail to increase the legitimacy of your claims. It is very troubling. From all the appeals that I have done, it still frightens me that people are capable of even contemplating let alone executing scams like this. Why even bother appealing? I guess you like keeping us busy? Even if by the off chance your uncle/cousin works at Valve, probably not 100% fo realz when you're letting every stranger in on 'free items for testing'.

This tag is justified, you pose way too big a risk to the community to have this tag removed. Appeal denied.
