Ok so basicly I was in mvm and this kid asked me if I could trade my bills for an unusual hotdogger with "The green sunbeams effect" I said sure and proceded to trade him. I couldnt understand him so I proceded to tell him to put the hat in the trade. He said no and told me to give him my bills. He would then gift me that hat. I disagreed smelling a rat and he soon disconected. I couldnt let him get away so I proceeded to look on his steam profile and add him for one final chat. He told me that the hat was wraped and that I couldnt see it due to that fact. I said too him "You can still add it to the trade though" He disagreed (This is false! You can) Then he told me a friend gave it too him so he couldnt (This is true) So I told him too unwrap, he said he couldnt and told me the reason was "Its not my money" So I told him "Unwraping it is not aloud but trading it away is?" Then he just straight up told me to give him my bills. I told him no and then he left and unadded me. I took screenshots of the whole converstation and his bp which contains no unusual. All have been timed and dated.

Me : You unwrap it, then add it to the trade or else you cant trade it.
Him : Its wraped I cant add it
Me : Then unwrap it, then you can add it.
Him : Yo i swear i will gift you it
Me : You cant gift it if a friend has allready given it to you.
