Scammer Contacted me through steam via tf2 outpost trade (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14201861), added me for an ellis cap, and proceded to ask for a key for it. upon being asked if he knew that what a key was worth, he said he knew. I made sure what i thought he was doing was clear, by asking him if that was what he was proposing. he said yes, so i immediatly reported him

This is more like sharking report. SteamREP doesn't handle shark reports, but http://manncotrading.com/ does.
