^ Proof that ViLiiii is PlayMaN, for the purposes of the following discussion I had with him on steam chat:
In short, he agreed that he took my Bill's without paying and said he was going to pay me for it with 7 Keys instead of the 12 USD through my Paypal email mist3r_mast3rATyahoo.com like we'd agreed upon.

Now, I have put up this scammers Primary Steam Account in stead of his Alternate Steam Account, seeing that he has been offline for nearly 100 days on that one. He uses basically the same name and information, is friends with himself. Please Label him a scammer on his primary account that he uses, labeling his unused account will achieve nothing, I have a lot of evidence to prove that both accounts are the same person's.

Note the names to be similar, and the country being the same. Also note his custom URL is http://steamcommunity.com/id/justvilino/ , which is very similar to the screenname "Just Random Guy" that he used when I reported him on the linked-to thread.. Too many things similar to be mere coincidences. Also, check his listed aliases recorded here:
His aliases show that he had a recent birthday. Let's see what his alternate account has to tell us:

"Birthday 18 . 9 " which in Europe, means the 18th of September.

If need be, verify for yourself my found evidence while the information is still up on both steam accounts. Please label his primary account ViLiNo (STEAM_0:0:46498208) for the SCAMMER that he is. I knew time would tell.

I'd appreciate if an admin would respond to the report (and the additional information) here, it has been some months now.
Here is an admission from ViLiNo_ from his original account on the following thread: Stealing someone else's unusual and giving it back, and him saying he is going to give back my Bill's hat, too, but never returned it to me. He even liked my post on the subject about him.

Name prefix exactly the same as it is on his mentioned active steam account below.

This ViLiNo guy contacted me recently, saying that the other account is his brother. However, looking at my above pictures you can see that when his birthday mentioned in "user has also played as" aliases is so close to the birth date mentioned in the first account that he claims to be his brother. The pictures were taken the very same day that I posted them, September 22, and he listed his birthday on the first account as september 19th. I have provided enough evidence to conclude that it isn't mere coincidence that the "just random guy" (A.K.A. PlayMaN, AKA ViLiiii) is http://steamcommunity.com/id/justvilino (A.K.A. ViLiNo). ESPECIALLY since he uses the same name on these forums for the other account.

I am glad to report that Vilino has paid me for the BIll's Hat in Keys. this report can now be removed. Please remove the marks on both of his steam accounts:
