So, my problem is, that I won an unusual and some other items in a raffle. This is the raffle link: tf2r.com/kscnc2b.html .

Some minutes later a guy I didn't know so far added me. Here is the entire chat (screenshots and pastebin).

I asked the panda-community.com head admin for help, if he knows something about a "joe the maggot" the other guy told from.

In booth pictures is a "joe the maggot" listed as owner and, what really made me worry, the guy who raffled the unusual is marked as scammer.

The guy who said it is his hijacked unusual told me his "friends" could proof what he said. "Friends" because I am not sure how many other persons it were.

As it's obvious to see, friend 1 and 2 were the same person. That guy just changed his name.
He asked me then, if and other friend shell add me. I started to believe his "friends" are only alt accounts of him, which he used with an virtual engine so he could stay online in the other chat.

So, I won the raffle and the unusual is mine, I think.
But what shell I do now?
I know it's a lot of information which is verry confusing, but I hope you steamrep admins can help me!
I didn't know where else I could ask for help and I am very sorry if this thread is missplaced here.
The only point that counts for placing this here is, that the unusual was scammed from somebody else.

The user is already marked so after looking into this further, I think the best course of action is to add this report to notes of the scammer. The thing about scammers is that they do fake raffles and stuff like this all the time- I'm sorry you ended up getting deprived of your prize. =(
