    Description:
    Scammer started talking to me on a server, wanted me to add him, then he wanted me to click a link. I didn't click it for safety reasons and after a while of him trying to convince me it was safe to click it he asked if I wanted him to remove me from his friend list which I did.

    I don't believe that this a phishing attempt. I did a scan on the url and it appears to be a referral site, which does not ask for any personal or steam account information.
