Declined 76561198054428255 (iNSANE.faZzyX - Scam attempt)

76561198054428255 (Suspected of Scamming). Wouldn't go for a middle man, his profile is kinda fresh, few friends, almost no rep at all, wanted to buy 10 keys but didn't want to go first, he wanted 5 then pay then another 5 which is acceptable, but the better method that i suggested was using a middle man and he refused heavily.
