the story goes like this,

the guy posted in item thread http://dota-trade.com/item=4480 that he willing to trade his http://dota-trade.com/item=4480 item for 10 keys,
i msged him that i added him and will discuss the proceedings view steam chat and added him. then i asked him what is his best offer, he said 10 keys, i said i dont have that many keys but can trade in combination of keys and items so he asked how many keys do i have i said i have 2 keys and good items he said ok and listed some items to add in the trade. i did as he told me to do. i accepted the trade invitation. and started adding items he as well added his item and we both clicked on ready button but didnt hit the make trade button. he asked me to add 1 more item. through the procedure he kept presurizing me to fast trade as he had to go. wen i posted the other item he quickly removed his and we both clicked make trade. after that he blocked me.

i closed the chat window so cudnt get the screen shot and he removed me from frnd list and blocked me.
is there a way to retrieve chat history? so that i can screenshot it.
and will i get my items back?

he still has my items in his inventory

Hello, could you provide a screenshot of your trade history showing the trade? Also:

The only way [to my knowledge] that you could get the chat back is if you somehow found a way to add him again. Then you could get some of the old chat (kind of pointless since he blocked you).

Sorry, the only way you could get your items back is through Steam Support, but they only resore items if your account was hijacked.
